  4. Seminar Seminar is a discussion meeting where in groups express their view on a specific subject. Participants are divided into manageable groups Discuss identical working papers or different aspect of group is placed before the general session No new point is brought up for discussion At the end director of the seminar sums up the discussion. Knowledge and techniques are gathered by collective and cooperative efforts.

Workshops It is a meeting during which experienced people in responsible positions come together with experts and consultants to find solutions and problems that have cropped up in the course of their work Participant work on the problem that arise the situations and the programme evolve itself.
