  1. Short story of SASA project in Albania • June, 1997 Organic agriculture association is founded organike.(OAA) • 1997-2001 .Phase 1. Organic agriculture movement is supported from small project from different donors • 2001-2003 ,Phase 2. Big project from Swiss Government support Albanian organic agriculture movement. • 2003-2006,Phase 3 . Support for creation of sustainable institutions.BioAdra Assoiation is created(2005).Organiv Agriculture Association leders moved more to environment issues than organic agriculture issues and was not agrre with reforms proposed from donor and OAA Board In this conditions donor supported BioAdria association as a local organization to continue SASA project next years as it is today. • 2006-2009. Phase 4. The institutions are createt(Competenc center, Certification body, marketing depertment) • 2009-2011, Phase 5. Consolidation of three institutions. In this framework donor has proposed to transform actual BioAdria technical staff in to Institute for Organic Agriculture.(IOA)
