Study programmes In 2015-2016 the following study programmes were delivered: 4 STUDY PROGRAMMES : I CYCLE 1) Study direction: law (Law and police activity) 2) Study direction: law (Law and the state border guard) 3) Study direction: law (Law and pretrial investigation) 4) Study direction: public security (Police activity) 5 STUDY PROGRAMMES: II CYCLE 1) Study direction: law (Law and police activity) 2) Study direction: law (Law and the state border guard) 3) Study direction: law (Environmental Law) 4) Study direction: Public Security (European joint master’s in strategic border management. The programme is initiated and financed by the FRONTEX, it is delivered in cooperation with 5 other universities in Spain, Latvia, the Netherlands and Estonia. The programme was registered in all the represented countries. In Lithuania: on 1 June, 2015). 5) Study direction: Social and Legal sciences (The community of the Faculty also participates in delivery of the 2 cycle programme Policing in Europe. The programme is financed and initiated by CEPOL, it is registered in Spain on 22 June, 2015; the university, issuing diploma: Spanish University of Distance-Learning Education; Spain.)

In 2013 -2014 a time table for the executive and administrative decisions was agreed upon for the Joint study programme: (Strategic Border Guard Management; coordinated by Frontex(http://europa.eu/legislation_summaries/justice_freedom_security/free_movement_of_persons_asylum_immigration/l33216_lt.htm) participate organisations that educate state border guards from Spain, the Netherlands, Estonia, Latvia) On 22 May, 2014 the Consortium Agreement between 6 was signed.
