Washington • “Culvert Case” • Applies to State owned roads in Western WA. • Applies to WSDOT, DNR, WDFW, and State Parks • Salmon bearing streams • Deadlines • WSDOT must correct barriers >200m of habitat by year 2030 • WDFW, DNR, Parks must fix all barriers by Oct. 2016 • Correction Standards • WDFW’s role is to lead and assist other agencies with corrections
