OUCS: The Basics • 119 FTE, £8.3m turnover, £5.8m from infrastructure charge, £2.5m sales/research • Main IT provider for the University supporting key infrastructure services, but also use of IT in teaching and research • University works in a devolved IT model • No control over devolved IT and cannot insist you use our services (mostly)

Aims of today: * Show you the range of services we offer which are available to you to use, some free at the point of use, some are chargeable * Allow you to consider if any of these shared services would be of use to you
