Transition Programs for Young Adults • Eagle Friends Social Club • Initiated Spring, 2013 by FGCU Community Health students enrolled in HSC 4910 Capstone in Community Health • 20+ Eagle Friends & 30 FGCU Community Health students • Meeting monthly on Monday afternoon, 2:30-4:30 PM @ FGCU • Future planning – FGCU Registered Student Organization (RSO) • Eagle RayResidential Summer Camp • Saturday, July 20 – Sunday, July 28, 2013 @ FGCU • 8 young adults & 10 Occupational Therapy/Community Health/Exercise Science students, plus OT/CH faculty (Tina Gelpi, OTD, OTR/L) • Eagle Ray Vocational/Academic Program – FGCU & Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida, Inc. • In development; to be proposed for administrative and other stakeholder feedback
