  2. Introduction • MHT CET is one of the four entrance tests conducted under the umbrella of MH CET. MH CET, a common entrance test for admissions to various UG & PG courses in Maharashtra, is organized by the Director of Technical Education, Maharashtra. The other exams under MH CET include – • MH CET • MAH CET • MAH MCA CET

  3. Stages Involved • The procedure for filling up the MHT CET 2017 application form involves four stages, namely – • Registration and filling up the form • Uploading scanned photographs and signature of the candidate • Payment of the application fee • Confirmation

Registration and Form Filling • This step involves filling up the following details – • Personal information – applicant’s name, gender, date of birth, parents’ name, etc. • Contact information – address for correspondence, phone or mobile number, permanent address, domicile, nationality, etc. • Reservation information – category, presence of proof, creamy or non-creamy layer, etc. • Other details – family income, aadhar number, bank account details (bank’s name, branch, account no., IFSC code, account type, etc.) • Education details – place of passing HSC, selection of exam center district, etc. • MHT CET 2017 specific details – selection of subjects, language mode, etc. • Create a password • Declaration

Uploading Scanned Photo and Signature • The photograph must be a colored photo and a recent one • The signature should be 200 dot per inch • Photograph should have easily identifiable frontal face and a white or light background • Applicants providing blurred images will be rejected • Once the above are uploaded, students receive their registration ID

  6. Payment of Fee • Payment of the fee for the MHT CET 2017 application formcan only be done online • Application fee can only be paid after the passage of 48 hours after registration • The online payment options include – • Credit card • Debit card • Internet banking • IMPS • Cash Cards • Mobile wallets

  7. Confirmation • Once the application form is successfully submitted, the application number will be generated • Applicant must click on the “Generate MHT CET 2017 Registration Confirmation Page” and later download or print out the same.
