1. To alleviate a person’s immediate crisis situation through crossroads services and/ or referral to community services 3 Program goals
2. To stabilize a person’s living situation through crossroads services and/ or referral to community services
3. To promote self-Sufficiency Through money management and energy conservation training courses, one-on-one coaching and assist a person in reaching self-sufficiency and/or lessening the need for crossroads’ services
Areas of service: Estes valley, school district park r-3, includes: Estes Park, glen haven, drake, pinewood springs, allenspark & Unincorporated surrounding areas Languages: English & Spanish
Services include: • Food Boxes • Housing / rent • Utilities • Medical • Gasoline • And other essentials
Required documents • Government issued Photo id • Proof of residence in Estes valley • Proof of last or current income • Proof of current auto insurance is required to receive gas voucher
