INTRODUCTION The introduction may include the following: • Welcome address You start by welcoming your audience. • Personal introduction If you deliver the speech yourself, you need to introduce yourself. • Introduction of your agenda You introduce the topics on your agenda.
BODY • Structure the contents of your speech in clearly defined sections. • Make sure you address all the issues mentioned in the instructions. • Arrange the contents logically.
CONCLUSION End your speech by • briefly summarizing the main issues of your speech • drawing conclusions, if relevant • thanking your audience • inviting questions or comments, if relevant
