  2. Deciding factors:As a Rule of Thumb If FREE, you will need to verify user’s HOME CAMPUS If CHARGE (Paid), verify Deposit Account

  3. Steps for RDS Staff • After receiving email report: • Print new requests • Separate book and article requests NO CHANGE

  4. NEW STEP RDS Staff: Further separate FREE and for CHARGE Requests

  5. FEE / CHARGE / PAIDWhat to Look for? • Verify that there is a Deposit Account number on the Request form • Verify if the Pickup/Delivery is on the SAME campus as SERVICE Library

  6. In other words: • Pickup/Delivery Location If pickup location is YOUR Library or Another Library on the SAME campus PAID(Charge) See Deposit Account #

  9. For PAID Requests • Include request page with article • Make sure that “PAID” is written on the top of the request form • Stamp the request page with Copy Right notice stamp • Mail to Alex-Imaging Services or Ariel to the three Posting Stations

  10. What to Look for when Deciding “FREE” If Pickup location is on ANOTHER campus Service Library & Pickup Library on two different campuses Free (no charge) Verify Affiliation

  11. FREE: Verify User’s HOME campus • Verify the following information: • School code • Address: PO Box/Dept • Email address (if applicable) These are included on the new request printouts.

  12. In other words: FREE • When delivered among the three RU campuses: • Camden • New Brunswick/Piscataway • Newark
