  2. Message Delivery to the Community • Various Staff/Departmental Involvement • All services are not free • Logo use issues • Forms Required

  3. Montefiore E-Screens • State-of-the-art LCD television screens

  4. Montefiore Web Access • Stories selected by Marketing/PR for Inclusion on main web pages • May appear on one of three pages (Main, kids or professionals)

  5. Montefiore Update • Delivered in Intranet and hard copy • Produced weekly • Feature stories need to be submitted on Wednesday before start of week

  6. Intranet Banners • Run for longer periods • Useful for multi-date activities • Approval for banners required from Orgainzational Communications

  7. Patient Marquee • Run between free programming on inpatient TV’s • Video information must be broadcast cleared • Flyers or announcements to be provided in Powerpoint format

  8. MyMontefiore • Select Messaging to MMG patients • Preference for Broad scope messaging • Unidirectional – send message, must provide instruction for follow up

  9. Paystub Messaging • Messaging goes out on bi-weekly pay stubs • Can include up to 75 characters • Can include location or website or telephone numbers

  10. Flyer/Poster Design • All flyers must meet LEP Guidelines • Should be submitted to Community Health or Community Relations for event awareness & addition to calendars • Can self design or use internal resources at cost

  11. Project Forms • Marketing can assist with all projects to various degrees • Cost center allocations may be required

  12. CareCast Messaging • Message of the Day – Installed to all clinical users of CareCast system at initial log in

  13. Event Calendars • Managed by Patient Education (PEACH team), Community relations and the Family Learning Place • Accessible on Internet/Intranet • Community Calendar information giver to Community Relations/Community Health

  14. External Media • Press releases need to be approved via Public Relations • Interviews accepted only from PR approved sources • Media training is managed through PR
