Methodology • Dynamic group of members • Origin of idea: • Ways to minimize congestion in everyday life • Focus on the user and the user’s needs • Brainstorm: to improve school & library system, onto improving the shopping experience • A contactless smart card • Uniqueness • Cash/credit cards not needed • Exit terminal sensors
Target Audience • Primary user • Females • Age range: 30-50 years old • Working and married • Values time • Secondary user • University/College students • Values efficiency
