The Gourmet Meatball New and noteworthy Vince Rabiola the un-celebrity chef has become known for his pop-up get togethers. “I’m a cook” and I cook for my friends “What we do is we find a friend with a big enough space and we invite 8 people and that’s it. We do this twice a month and its a lot of fun. Known for his Italian specialties Vince Rabiolalikes to keep it simple.” It’s kind of like eating at your Italian Grandmothers house when you grew up”, “Or eating at mine”. He has been asked to open a restaurant on more than one occasion but has refused. I do this for the absolute pleasure of it. We don’t make money but we make friends and that sometimes is better said Vince Rabiola.
