Evernote • Evernote is a cloud-based filing system for notes. It’s a giant, searchable, back pocket with dividers. • The phone, pad or desktop app allows you to take notes as pictures, written notes, audio notes or you can just upload a file. • You can give each one a title or tag them too. • Once you’re done, you hit upload and off they go into the cloud.
Genius Scan • Genius Scan+ turns your iPhone into a pocket scanner. It enables you to quickly scan documents on the go and email the scans as JPEG or PDF.
GoodReader (better for iPad) • GoodReader is an app that allows you to read, manage, organize, access, and annotate just about any file. Also offers ways to download files, sync with Dropbox, create, edit, and manage annotations on PDFs, etc.
Dropbox • Dropbox is a free service that lets you bring all your photos, docs, and videos anywhere. Any file you save to your Dropbox is accessible from all your computers, iPhone, iPad and even the Dropbox website!
