Bitumen emulsions are a dispersion of bitumen in an aqueous continuous phase, stabilised by the addition of an emulsifier. We are also engaged in transporting of all grades of bitumen and Bituminous Emulsifier to our customers.   8. Crumb Rubber Modified Bitumen • VichoorImpex can arrange Export/Import Crumb Rubber Modified Bitumen to any other countries. Can also exports/Imports directly to desired countries as per rules.This unit has got general import and export license. • CRMB is a blend of selected grades of bitumen and crumb rubber modifier. The modifier restores the required visco-elastic balance of the Bitumen binder, which improves binder resistance to any form of permanent deformation while maintaining high resistance to fatigue, thermal and low temperature cracking. When using CRMB, the maintenance free life of pavement will increase one and half to two times as compared to roads built using unmodified neat bitumen binders.   10. Polymer Modified Bitumen • VichoorImpex is exact place for Export/Import the product of Polymer Modified Bitumen to anywhere else in the world. This unit has got general import and export license. • This invention relates to the process for the preparation of a polymer and rubber based modified binder which is useful for the construction of roads catering to heavy traffic and also for the formation of airfields and surfacings, besides its use as binder for stress adsorbing membrane (SAM) and stress absorbing membrane interlayer (SAMI) for sealing of cracks, preventive maintenance of flexible pavement and delaying reflective cracking. Advantages: • Improves resistance is cracking resulting in stronger and more durable overlays even in extreme climatic conditions. • Reduces deformation on the roads even at temperatures of (50-70 degree c). • Polymer and Rubber based modifier binder extend life of pavement by 50-70% compared to conventional bitumen. • PMB act as multigrade bitumen are economical when life cycle cost is taken into consideration.
