  2. What is Civilian Employee Assistance? Confidential employer-based service designed to assist civilian employees with personal, family and job-related problems as a means of protecting and improving their job productivity.

  3. What is Civilian Employee Assistance? • Managed total civilian workforce service that provides confidential referrals (following a telephonic assessment) to medical, alcohol/drug, psychiatric, financial, legal, or other professional resources, when appropriate.

  5. ClientServices • 24-Hour Access to Services • Thorough Clinical Assessments • Professional Counseling Services • Carefully Planned Referrals • Follow-Up Care Management

Confidentiality • No contact with supervisors regarding employees who self-refer to CEAP without employee permission • Job-related information can only be given to supervisors, and only by the written consent of employees • CEAP utilization reports are strictly limited to providing only statistical information

  7. How to Access the Program • Call 1-800-950-3434 and identify yourself as a part of the“NAVSUP “ Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk contract. • Counselors are available for crisis counseling and management consultation. • Access CEAP 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  8. When to Access the Program • Assistance with difficult work, family, or life situation. • Require services from a Certified Employee Assistance Professional • Family member is experiencing difficulties.
