  3. Academic Honors • Academic Honors designations: • Summa Cum Laude – 4.0 and higher • Magna Cum Laude – 3.75 to 3.99 • Cum Laude – 3.50 to 3.749 Students who earn a D or F in any high school course will not be eligible to receive academic honors.

  4. Options after High School • College to Career – BE REALISTIC!!!!!!!!!! • Military Enlistments • I’ve got contact info for each branch. Email me if you’d like to speak to someone. • Remotely interested??? TAKE THE ASVAB! – Sign up now! • WORK WORK WORK WORK WORK

  5. Getting College Ready • ACT - Apply online at www.actstudent.org • ACT with writing – should take at least once • Fairhope High School CEEB Code is 011-060 • SAT – Apply online at www.sat.collegeboard.org • GPA – weighted vs. unweighted

  7. VISIT!!!!!!! • College Visits – 2 excused days • Must notify Mrs. Puckett before you go • Must bring back documentation of visit!!!! • Senior Preview Days • Book Early!
