  5. Politics • Temujin took the title Chingis Khan at the assembly(Great Khuriltai) on the banks of the Onon Rivers. Chingis Khan was commonly referred to as Genghis Khan. • Chingis Khan installed a military superstructure to integrate the people of empire. • Chingis Khan created the most advanced government of any nation in that time. • His army is the most Disciplined, powerful, and feared to ride from the steppes. • Mongol Empire was divided into four ulus give to each of his four sons.
