  1. About the Program forInformation System for Investment Controlling • We would like to present the basic schemes of the information system ISIC • Program solution consists of three programs available in the market • Program for budgeting • Program for time schedules • Program database register

  2. Change in one of the monitored deadlines brings incurred changes to the deadlines, which follow Such a change then indicates also a change in consumption of estimated sources in case they are bound to a monitored timed part

  3. For individual parts of the construction we produce control itemized budgets, or review the viability of offered prices submitted by future contractors

  4. We check the factual correctness of invoicing and the facts discovered are then subject to assessment in connection with the time schedule for the construction

  5. We attach to each part in the time schedule a supply price

  6. Time schedule is marked with the yellow colour Change in deadlines forperformancebrings also a change in consumption of estimated sources

  7. Evaluation of the acquiredinformationresults then in a fast, objective managerial operative decision

  8. Program is set up in a form enabling the data from local sources to be analysed in one centre witha unique analytic view

  9. Information structure concerning cost consumptionis adjusted to „decree No. 40/2001 Coll.on participation of the state budget in financing of propertyreproduction

  10. Program makes possible in the centre to examine the structured data acquired in various places of a region

  11. Procured data are subject to an independent verification and control with regard to contractual relations,written agreements etc. Always available areintegral summaries.

  12. Data can be acquired in dislocated institutions, but in case their administration is regulated with a unique directive, it is then possible to provide a central analyses and a central planning and management

  13. It is possible to connect information aboutpreparation of theinvestment with informationconcerning providing a source and its successive drawing

  14. It is also possible to provide a very good and comprehensible survey of investment development in the region connected with analysis, control and a chronological outline of events

  15. Only a small demonstration what is possible to provide in a program solution in the sphereof information about Project development
