14. בימים אלה מוקם מגדל נוסף(מגדל מס' 8). הושלמו : מרתפי חניה (כ-55,000 מ"ר), שתי קומות המיועדות למרכז עסקיםולובי. בינוי השלד בשלב סופי ובמקביל החלה התקנת קיר המסך. עבודות בינוי המעטפת יסתיימו בסוף שנת 2010. החברה השקיעה בפרויקט זה עד יום כ- 200 מ' והתחזית לעלות מלאה היא סך של כ- 500 מ' Atidim Science and Hi Tech Complex Currently, another tower is in the process of being build (Tower No. 8). The following have been completed by now: underground indoor parking (approx. 55,000 Square Meters), two commercial floors and a lobby. Construction of the structure skeleton is in its final phase, and the curtain walls have been commenced. Construction of the surrounding walls is to be over by the end of 2010. 200 out of an expected 500 Million budget has already been put into the project.
