Two Science Subjects • Students wishing to take two elective subjects in the Science Education KLA are recommended by the EDB to take one of the Combined Science electives together with one specialised science subject. Each Combined Science elective contains two parts, and these should be the parts that complement the discipline in which they specialise.
Possible combination of Science Subjects • Students who wish to take Combined Science in the Science Education KLA have to take the following combinations:1. Combined Science (Physics, Chemistry) + Biology2. Combined Science (Chemistry, Biology) + Physics
Possible combination of Science Subjects • 1. Physics, Chemistry and Biology2. Combined Science (Physics, Chemistry) + Biology3. Combined Science (Chemistry, Biology) + Physics4. Physics and Chemistry5. Physics and Biology6. Chemistry and Biology7. Physics8. Chemistry9. Biology
Case IV: Student D • She would like to take combined science as her electives. • In Part 3, just indicate her order of preference (from 1st to 10th) which should include “Combined Science” and the priority of “Combined Science” should be higher than other science subjects. • Need to fill in Part 4.
Case IV: Student D (Reason) • In case any one of the selected two science subjects in Part 4 is full, she cannot get the offer.

Case V: Student E • She would like to take 3 Full science subjects but if it is not successful, she will consider to take combined science as her electives. • In Part 3, just indicate Physics, Chemistry and Biology as her 1st to 3rd preference and 4th preference should be “Combined Science”. • Need to fill in Part 4.
