TECHNICAL COMMITTEE OF PARQUE INDUSTRIAL DEL NORTE BACKGROUND: Since 2003 after 24 years of use during meetings of the committee of the north industrial park began to address the issue of damage to the pavement of the main entrance to the industrial park, the project included repairing 10,814.04 m2 (116,400sqft) of asphalt, Over the following years remained debated the committee formed by representatives from customers and FINSA. Unfortunately no agreements were reached to resolve the problem. Now a days after more than 30 years of pavement use the problem is more serious because the base is also damaged and much larger area to be repair, for 2011 are 95.000 m2 (1,022,571 sqft) of pavement to be repaired with an approximate cost of 2.4 million USD. As can be seen as time passes it is more urgent and more expensive to make repairs to the pavement of this important industrial complex that has seen us grow as companies, and corporate. In several administrations of the City Hall have been request support to repair the streets unfortunately we have not been successful.

TECHNICAL COMMITTEE OF PARQUE INDUSTRIAL DEL NORTE BACKGROUND: • Itisnecessarytoreconstructtheasphalton industrial parkmainentrance and thefirststage. • The current asphalt has more than 30 years of use. • These avenues provide service to 37 companies located within the park. • The asphalt conditions represents an unsafe condition for motorists and pedestrians traveling on these roads daily. • Vehicles result damaged due to large number of holes that result from the constant traffic. • Cause delays in delivery of products and services of companies installed here to get slower traffic by the poor condition of the asphalt, causing great economic losses for businesses.

TECHNICAL COMMITTEE OF PARQUE INDUSTRIAL DEL NORTE • Benefits: • North Industrial Park keeps over 20,000 jobs monthly. • North Industrial Park provides more than $ 3,000,000.00 pesos a year for property taxes. • The avenues are used by many services companies. • Avenues are used daily by teachers and students from CONALEP. • It is the way to nearby neighborhoods as : Col. Esperanza, Uniones, BaltazarDiaz, Nuevo Amanecer, Vista Hermosa, villa del parque, Hacienda Quinta Moros. • Wherefore all the people that circulate to these neighborhoods, study centers and workplaces would benefit. • By having better infrastructure is promoted more foreign investment and job creation
