Get Close! • Stadium = on the field • Gym = sit at bottom of bleachers • ZOOM is NEVER the same as GETTING CLOSER!

Classroom Guidelines • 1-3 people in shot • Faces or profiles • Alternate between portrait and landscape • Students should be working in shot • Get a variety of different students/ activity
Examples of Classroom Events There are 1-3 people in photo It is easy to tell what the students are doing. Also, each photo has a different angle. In classroom shots with no action, use a variety of angles including shallow depth of field, high and low angle, subject positioning, etc.
General Guidelines • Make sure at least one student in each photo is of our high school students • Parents, teachers or community photos don’t count unless one of our kids appear!
