11. Vestibule of mandible ขอบเขต เหนือจุดเกาะ buccinator muscle สาเหตุapical infection, periodontal abscess อาการalveolar bone บวม, vestibule ตื้น,กดแข็ง เจ็บ หรือกดนิ่มจากหนอง

13. Mentalis space ขอบเขตใต้ Mentalis muscle สาเหตุlower incisors อาการ bulging กดนิ่ม ที่ lower labial vestibule ปลายคางบวม Tx I & D ขนานแนวสันเหงือก

15. Submental space ขอบเขตระหว่าง mylohyoid muscle และ platysma muscle สาเหตุlower anterior teeth, แพร่จาก submandibular space อาการบวมใต้คางทางด้านหน้า TxI & D

16. D & I ภายในปากลง incision vestibule ตรงที่กดนิ่มที่สุด ภายนอกปากลง incision ต่ำกว่าขอบล่าง mandible 2 cm.

17. Sublingual space ขอบเขตระหว่าง mylohyoid muscle และเยื่อบุช่องปาก สาเหตุ lower incisors, lower premolar อาการfloor of mouth บวม แดง กดเจ็บ ลิ้นยกสูง กลืนลำบาก TxI & D ขนานแนว mucogingival fold

19. Submandibular space ขอบเขตใต้ mylohyoid muscle ด้านล่างคือ anterior/posteriof bellies of digastric muscle สาเหตุ#7,#8 อาการบวมใต้ mandible หลังต่อ symphysis คลำแข็ง กดเจ็บ อาจ มี trismus

21. Tx ลง incisionห่างขอบล่าง Mandible 2 cm.

22. Ludwig’s angina ขอบเขตsubmandibular space submental space sublingual space สาเหตุ infected tooth etc. อาการบวมแดงเด่นชัด 2 ข้าง กดแข็งหรือ กดนิ่มมีไข้สูง หายใจลำบาก ผู้ป่วย เสียชีวิตได้

23. Tx I & Dในปากร่วมกับนอกปากแล้วใส่ท่อระบายหนองต่อเชื่อมกัน

24. Vestibule of the maxilla ขอบเขตต่ำกว่าจุดเกาะ buccinator muscle สาเหตุ upper teeth อาการบวมที่ vestibule Tx I & D

27. Buccal space ขอบเขตระหว่าง skin และ buccinator muscle สาเหตุ premolar,molar ทั้งฟันบนฟันล่าง อาการแก้มบวมชัดเจน อาจมี trismus TxI & D

28. I & D ในปาก ลง incision ที่ lower vestibule นอกปาก ลง incision ที่ฐานตรงจุดฝีสุก

29. Submasseteric space ขอบเขตระหว่าง masseter muscle และ ด้านนอกของ ramus สาเหตุ pericoronitis of third molar อาการtrismus ปวดตุ้บๆลึกๆ ไม่บวมแดงอย่างชัดเจน TxI & D

30. I & D ภายใน ลง incision lateral ต่อ third molar ภายนอก ลง incision ใต้จุดเกาะ masseter,หน้า angle of mandible

31. Case ผู้ป่วย ชายไทย อายุ 20 ปี CC ปวดบริเวณซี่ 48 Examคลำแข็ง กดเจ็บ ไม่มีไข้ อ้าปากได้ 2 cm. Dx Buccal space infection Due to 48 MA impaction

35. TX I & D intraoral Meds PGS 2,000,000 U Metronidazole 200 mg. Paracetamol 500 mg.
