  3. Mandatory targets for course teams • Learner numbers • Quality of teaching, learning and assessment grade • Success rates (including English and maths) and high grades/Value Added where appropriate • Learner satisfaction ratings • Progression/destination

Targets for support teams • Support the improvement of teaching, learning and assessment and outcomes for learners • Link to Faculty/Unit specific objectives from the overall College strategic plan • Use the mandatory curriculum targets as a starter for 10 – which of these are relevant? Which can be adapted?
