Test Preparation to Reduce Anxiety • First of all the night before the exam get a good sleep, don’t go to sleep late. • Eat something healthy, no sugars and if u do, than keep it going even during the test because u don’t want to crash right in the middle of the test. Dont want to crash... Get a good nap...
Taking a Test - objectives • When taking a test be confident about yourself and say to yourself your going to pass the test and it’ll help your self steam. • Try to be in a place were you are relaxed and nobody is interrupting you. • And don’t worry bout the time because you could take all the time you need.
Tips for taking test… • Number one thing scan through the test, you don’t have to start with number one. • Take all the time you got to finish the test, don’t try and hurry up because that wont do you any good. • If a problem is taking you to solve more than three minutes than move on, but don’t forget to come back to it.
Tips for taking test… • If a problem is way to difficult and you cant think no more use process of elimination and narrow down to two answers. • Or pick the letter of the day, but don’t forget to use the same letter for every time you have an educated guess. • After finishing the test, scan back an make sure you went over every problem and didn’t skip any.
Tips for taking test… • Take time to scan twice through the test incase u skipped any questions. • And one last thing if you want to change an answer don’t, unless you really sure about your new answer. Think twice...
