The new iu support site • Where is it? • Address: http://iusupport.wikispaces.com • What is it? • A site designed to collect troubleshooting information for our teachers and administrators. • Ok, but why? • As the IU has grown, we have lots of tech info spread out in lots of places. This will centralize that.

  3. The new iu support site • Centralized location • All tech-related information in one place • Customized Data • We will ask for data and topics to add to the site so that it will only have information important and relevant to educators.

The new iu support site • Technology Tips • This section of the new site will have links to external websites with tons of helpful troubleshooting information. • There will also be links to sites that contain news on emerging technologies and education-related Web 2.0 sites. • In the future, we will be adding daily tips from the IU 13 Technology Department.

The new iu support site • Technology FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) • This section is devoted to common questions for IU 13 employees, such as: how to connect to a wireless network at home and work, changing your password and reference guides for desk phones. • By having it all in one location, it saves you time and frustration.

  6. The new iu support site • The Site Survey Quiz • You will notice that there is a link to a short Survey Monkey quiz. This quiz is designed to get your honest, anonymous feedback on the site • Please also send us information you want added to the site, or features that would make your visit easier. • Remember, this site was designed to grow as needed, don’t be afraid to make wild suggestions!
