How Adoption Works • Birth mothers call our hotline • A packet of information is mailed • Birth mothers have the opportunity to tour the campus • Birth mothers decide if they want to live on campus • Birth parents are assigned a caseworker
How Adoption Works • Birth parents receive profiles around 6 or 7 month • Birth parents choose adoptive family and have the opportunity to meet with them • After birth mothers deliver, they have 48 hours before they sign relinquishment
Birth Mother Services • Gladney’s residential program offers: • Free medical care • Free counseling • Free legal services • GED tutoring & testing program/junior & senior high classes • Career development classes • Exciting activities that include shopping, eating out, sports events, movies & other special events • Free post adoption
