OUR LATEST EA Update: • T-eFreedom v1.43 • # MaxBlade default to 3 and LotFactor = 1,3,9 (Please follow the weekly recommendations) • # MaxPairTraded default to 1 • # Heartbeat now using new format and contain more information about EA input parameter. * Pending order changed to using SELL LIMIT * Open Price 400dd dd = day of the month • * TP Price contain information in price digit => abcde a. OpenNearPrice b. OpenAtRetracement c. TPIncludeSwapAndCommission d. StrictTP e. StrictLotSizeForPO Example: if TP = 10010 meaning OpenNearPrice = true and StrictTP = true • * SL Price contain information in price digit => 5a00b a. MaxBlade b. MaxPairTraded Example: if SL = 53002 meaning MaxBlade = 3 and MaxPairTraded = 2

MinimumDistance Example: if SL = 53350 meaning MaxBlade = 3 and MinimumDistance = 350 • # Add RemoteControl feature You can change certain EA Input parameter if RemoteControl = true You change EA parameter by changing Heartbeat pending order TP price or SL price. * To change TradeBuy, TradeSell & TimeFrame we will set TP price using this format 1abcc Example: to change TradeBuy = false, TradeSell = true and TimeFrame to H1 you change TP price to 10160 * To change MaxBlade and MinimumDistance we will set SL price using this format 6abb Example: to change MaxBlade = 3 and MinimumDistance = 500 you change SL price to 63500

How we will Handle a Losing Trade? • Lot Factor will change to 1,3,6 • 4th Blade will be decided by me • 20% I will make a decision to cut loss or not to • New Traders • Recommended to follow the Trade Ideas @ Mercer education • Lose or Win I will Whatsapp IB Directors to close all position every Friday night – we don’t carry forward any trades over the weekend • We will start each week NEW • Floating Losses • We will minimize all with immediate effect

How we will Handle a Losing Trade? • Recommendation • All to move to MAMM account for the first 3 Months • ID Directors & Leaders • Follow my Recommendation and my Trade Calls • Reduce 50% lot size of the recommended table to stay safe and conservative • We need to focus on realistic returns and not huge returns which I believe is the safest way to run the Agency Model • Concentrate on MAMM – PLATINUM & GURANTTEED MODEL

  12. What will happen to those who Stop Out? How we will recover for those who are stopped out? • IB DIRECTOR’s who have $100k Platinum Account with me • I will give away 70% of my profits to recover the Stop Out Accts as a recovery plan • But they must put USD$2K to the MAMM account with you • If they don’t have funds – I amokay – but you as a Leader make your Judgment Call • I will also find other ways to support the Agency Model • I will always stand by the IB DIRECTORs during Good Times and Bad Times
