2. Commandment I • Thou shalt not climb the ladder to the nest of the crow without the specific permission and presence of one of the following: • Rousseau • Rousseau • Sissy • Laramie

3. Commandment ii • Thou shalt notify anyone in the booth or in the nest of the crow of your ascent into or descent from the nest of the crow. • “I’m going up!” • “I’m coming down!”

4. Commandment iii • Thou shalt walk softly and remain seated whilst in the nest of the crow. • This means no Cupid Shuffle or Boot Scootin’ Boogie!

5. Commandment IV • Thou shalt shut the hatch once everyone who is ascending has ascended into the nest of the crow. • Do NOT attempt this while anyone is on the ladder!

6. Commandment V • Thou shalt turn on the fan prior to the lamp. • Every single time!

7. Commandment VI • Thou shalt use the gel release switch to avoid the making of loud noises. • Remember the booth is like a megaphone!

8. Commandment VII • Thou shalt wait three minutes post turning off the lamp until turning off the fan. • Otherwise you’ll be buying a new lamp with your allowance for the next 20 years!

9. Commandment VIII • Thou shalt obey these rules or face serious consequences. • Like a pink slip, the revocation of your light booth privileges, or worse…

10. Commandment IX • Thou shalt leave everything you touch better than you found it • Just because “I didn’t do that” or “It’s not mine” doesn’t mean you shouldn’t fix it, pick it up, or throw it away!

11. Commandment X • Thou shalt insert whatever else I might have forgotten to tell you here. • I reserve the right for this slide to represent whatever I want it to!
