Engineering-Related Experience ATCS, PLC, Spotsylvania County General Engineering Consultant (GEC) Team Deputy Project Manager responsible for 12 roadway projects that were part of a 52-road program under a $144 million bond referendum passed in the fall of 2005 by Spotsylvania County, VA voters. The GEC was comprised of multiple consultants and Ms. Walker managed preliminary assessment preparations that were then presented to the County Supervisors.
