  4. Do You Wanna be on the Board?! • Elections will be held the first week of Februrary • In order to run, you must attend at least two board meetings!!! • Board meetings are every off Monday

  5. Website and Facebook • www.davidsonkeyclub.com • Please submit ALL HOURS ONLINE! • Only 5 outside hours permitted • PowerPoints and agendas will be posted • Sign up for events and track your hours • Get online forums in! • Join our Facebook page! • Check often for updates • Contact the board

  6. Important! • We will be posting everyone’s hours at the next meeting! • Please get them in on the website • We will quickly scroll through the roster • A lot of 0’s • Half-year GOAL: 12.5 service hours

  8. Photo Contest! • Take pictures at all events/volunteer opportunities • Email your picture to Arisa Sato • Winner will be selected, and winning picture will be shown at the next Key Club meeting • Reward: Receive a King Size candy bar :D • Pictures are for the Key Club scrapbook

  10. Pop Tabs AmeenahAlauddin Ronald McDonald House Liaison • There will be two huge Key Club bins • One in the Main Office • Other in the cafeteria near the microwave • Place pop tabs from sodas in there • This helps support the Ronald McDonald House Foundation

  11. OSU Football Games • Officially over • Thanks to everyone who volunteered! • Received a check for $210.00 • Will go towards Eliminate Project • We will still do this next year!

  12. Dinner with Santa • Thanks to our wonderful volunteers at Britton’s Book Fair, we’ve been asked to help again • December 6thfrom 6:00pm – 8:00pm • Thirty or so volunteers needed for: • Serving dinner • Wrapping secret Santa gifts • Helping students shop • Cashier • Sign-up forum is on the Key Club website

  13. Adopt-a-Family • Due TODAY!!! • Please place all gifts in Rm. 221 • Make sure your designated HAND is tied to the gift • Co-leaders: Mary Carson and Matthew Westling • We will be helping three families • Cannot afford Christmas gifts 

  14. Food Drive • Collect canned foods for families impoverished families of Davidson • We will be backing up the Student Mentors • Ideally each period 3 class will be responsible for collecting certain items • There may be tables run at Parent Teacher Conference, concerts, Variety Show

  15. Weaver Park! • Saturday, December 7thand December 14th • 6:00pm – 9:00pm each day • 4-5 volunteers each day at Weaver Park • Northwest Historical Society • Help with general Holiday activities • And visitors that come by • Forum on the Key Club website!

  16. Shelby’s Project • This will be in January • Shelby would like us to raise money/canned goods for the local Food Pantry • Always in need • More information coming soon

  17. Westling’s Project • This will be in January also • Matthew Westling’s project! • Will work in conjunction with the Future Medical Careers Club • A family in need of a liver transplant • We can help :D • More information soon also
