CIVITAS on-site experience upgrade Task 5.1: CIVITAS Stand audio-visual software development (interactive digital game,quiz feature, video compilation) + Stand Hardware • Technical parameters: • Mountable, lightweight, easy-to-use, secure • Including preinstalled software and manual • With inbuilt touchscreen (or lockable iPad stand)

Audio-visual software - details • Game: mobility related mobile app game (EG: Grr-Grr-Bike) • Interactive quiz: based on the previous CIVITAS quizzes • CIVITAS Video compilation – including every available CIVITAS videos Available resources: Hardware: 25000 EUR Software: 20000 EUR subcontracting + 6 PM

CIVITAS Award Compendium‘Everyone’s a Winner’ • Task 5.4:Ten years of CIVITAS Awards Compendium charting the growth in prestige of the awards over 10 years and putting the winner cities in the spotlight, great for highlighting outstanding achievements. • Features: • Glossy 60-page book with many illustrations • CIVITAS Award design elements included • Content sourced from applications, PRs and city profiles

CIVITAS Award Compendium • ToC • Executive summary • Introduction • 10 years – 10 chapters including • Application summary • Winners’ city profiles • Winning measures • Timeline: • Final concept (January 2014) • First draft (by February 2014) • Graphic design (April 2014) • Finalisation (June 2014) • Publishing (July 2014) • Resources: 6 PMs + 12500 EUR (printing, mailing)
