Despite their high-decibel professional life, the couple has been successful in keeping their engagement and wedding plans under wraps, and strictly private.

  2. Image Source: Instagram PeeCee welcomed her beau Nick and his parents a day earlier and escorted them to the Marriott hotel where special rooms had been booked for the guests. Saturday morning saw her Juhu residence decked with flowers with her and Nick’s initials woven into a vertical garden. Dressed in an Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla yellow and white salwar suit, Priyanka looked absolutely stunning as she finally flashed the jaw-dropping $200,000 solitaire that Nick had slipped on in her finger earlier in July. two months after they officially started dating. That is roughly Rs 1.40 crore!

Nick apparently put a lot of thought into the bling. He shut down a Tiffany & Co. store in London last month to shop for the perfect ring in privacy.” PeeCee spent nearly a month spent hiding her new sparkler. In fact, last week, when PeeCee had stepped out to take a flight out to New delhi, she was seen taking off the ring quickly and slipping it in her bag soon as the paparazzi closed in on her. The ring surfaced in a picture she posed for with her friend Raveena Tandon, earlier this week. But once things were official, she let the world get admire the beauty on the instagram photographs.

Nick Jonas looked every bit the desi guy in his crisp kurta and shalwar. His parents complimented the duo in their Indian attire for the morning ‘roka’ rituals helmed by priests and attended by very close friends. Later the couple posed for an Insta-worthy picture against the floral backdrop, making it dreamy and very Bollywood indeed.

Mukesh and Neeta Ambani arrived with Mrs. Ambani wearing a pink and gold Sabyasachi salwar suit. Pink seemed to be the colour of the evening as their daughter Isha Ambani too chose to wear the colors in a different, paler shade. She wore a Valentino dress and we loved the delightful detailing of the butterfly ring that she sported on her finger. The desi girl, Priyanka, herself chose to wear a pale pink outfit with strappy sandals and a string of diamond around her neck. Nick chose to keep it casual in a printed sweater and trousers. It was his mom, Denise who appeared to be the scene stealer in her blazing red cocktail saree and matching blouse with a stylish black clutch.

Nickyanka, as the western media has nicknamed the couple, are yet to announce a wedding date. But bits and pieces of their engagement and wedding plans have been doing the rounds. According to some reports, the couple may tie the knot soon and have been talking t the same wedding planner that had helmed Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma’s wedding. Hollywood media has also been speculating whether Priyanka’s good friend, the Mercian TV actress and now Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, who recently married Prince Harry, will be present for Nickyanka’s wedding. After all, PeeCee was very much a part of the close-knit royal wedding that became a talking point for just about everything!
