Yoga Teacher Training 200 Hrs • The 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training program covers the fundamentals of meditation and pranayama, yoga philosophy, asana practice, basics of yoga anatomy and how to design and instruct a yoga class for beginners. • The curriculum consists of five courses: • Pranayama & Meditation • Asana I-Practice • Anatomy • Philosophy • Asana II-Pedagogy
Yoga Teacher Training 300 Hrs • The 300 Hours Yoga Teacher Training program builds on the fundamentals of the 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training program and covers the new and advanced yoga techniques. • The curriculum consists of five courses: • Pranayama & Meditation • Asana I (deepen personal practice) • Anatomy • Philosophy • Asana II (teaching methodology and class design)
Yoga Teacher Training 500 Hrs • 500 hours YTT essentially combines the 200 and 300 Hours courses consecutively.
