Section 1009 in Indiana • Counselors, social workers, and other services may be funded through Title I in Targeted-Assisted programs. • Examples may include: professional service contracts with outside agencies, anti-bullying programs, and/or PBIS programs • These positions and programs must still serve only with identified students for the portion of salaries funded through Title I.
