In 1992, Nadhir acquired the Brea Plaza to include in the BOSC Group portfolio and has renovated the center twice in order to make the property more appealing to consumers in the area. The last renovation was extensive, and the company spent $40 million for a complete renovation.

He is currently serving as the Co-Founder and President of BOSC Realty Advisors, which operates out of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. He was the Vice Chairman of AutoNation USA from 1998 to 1999.
