The way we communicate should reflect this. We want to change the way people think about education and about what young people can achieve.We need a personality that feels fresh, distinctive and interesting We make an impact with our work. So should our words and the way we talk about Teach First. We want people to sit up and listen. We believe educational equality is achievable. We need to encourage conversation around the issue and how we can work towards it.Our brand personality can help here

What are Brand Managers? • Students at Tiers 1,2,3 & 4 Universities • Well connected, socially confident and able to influence networks on a large scale • Engaged with the TF vision Who are they? • Employed by TF for the Autumn and Spring university terms • Contracted to work a max of 4 hours per week –There is a degree of flexibility with this. • Form campus teams:Optimum team size of 3 although some Tier 1a universities have a team size of 4 What do they do? • Report directly into GRO’s, overseen by SGRO’s- anything up to 4 /5 per campus Where do they fit?
