  3. Self-Regulation – what distracts you? Distractions Bubble Map • Draw a large bubble map on the board. • Taking turns, everyone write down things that distract you from doing well in school (keep it school appropriate please) – it’s OK if the same answer it there more than once. • Circle 3-5 of the most common types of distractions. • As a class, brainstorm some ways you can self-regulate and overcome these distractions.
