Ram Avtar Jalan co-founded the company in 1987 • In early 2012, drastic shift in our business strategy • Intercepted the need for premium bricks at affordable prices in a market that earlier constituted either basic hand-made bricks or machine made costlier bricks • By 2014, Kailash Bricks had successfully tapped the opportunity and served customers in lengths and breadths of the region. • With addition of a newly installed, We have ramped up our capacity by 140% in last three years itself • Eco-friendly Bricks Portfolio that now includes perforated (facing) bricks, modular bricks

Customers • Our market base has increased at rapid pace after the launch of our perforated bricks in late 2012 • Our distribution reach has increased from 25km to more than 600km • Our geographical reach has increased from one district of Haryana to now many districts in Haryana, Delhi NCR, Punjab, Rajasthan & UP • Perforated Bricks constitute 80 % of our manufacturing and sale • Our customers vary from would-be first-time home owners and domestic-purpose private constructions to institutional trusts and central government agencies

Flooring Bricks / Solid Bricks Specification: Size (in mm): 230x112x65 Compressive strength: ~370kg/cm2 Water absorption: 7% Applications Flooring: Our bricks are used for traditional flooring purpose in outdoor settings. These bricks give heritage design effect to the floor. Pavement: Our flooring bricks are also used in pavements found in parks, commercial buildings and resorts.

  7. Customized Bricks • We manufacture bricks to customized orders serving the special needs of the customer • Customer can order bricks with different dimensions in both perforated and solid bricks. • Machining of process enable us to vary perforation size and perforation pattern.
