  3. Purpose • Function as benchmarking tool • Comparison between carriers • Discussions with labor groups • Internal enhancements • Identify trends in the industry • Email address to submit questions

Requirements Online tool Survey Gizmo Initial survey will be done via Survey Gizmo due to financial restrictions and to gauge member interest If successful consider alternatives for a long term solution such as Infonia Start with basic survey Roll out in modules Dynamic tool to keep information current Some questions will be confidential or anonymous Some questions will be mandatory, some optional Reporting and distribution Notification when changes/updates occur Responsive design (computer, iPad, tablet, mobile)
