Users and Employees are NOT necessarily the same. • Users need Privileges to Perform Duties Within COMMANDseries • Groups are Created to Contain Users • Groups can be Assigned Privileges for the Users Within the Groups • Makes Administering Privileges MUCH Easier. This option is the equivalent of Read Only. • Change– The user can change and list existing records, but cannot delete existing records or create new ones.
