  2. Won Hyo • Instructor: “Joonbi!!” • Student: Joonbi!!”

  3. Won Hyo • Instructor: “Form Won • Hyo” • Students then comes to an alternate Joonbi position • {north}

  4. Movement 1 • Student folds hands cup and saucer on right ribcage • Looks {west}

  5. Movement 2 • Box block left hand on top • Left foot back stance{west}

  6. Movement 3 • Reach out and grab with your left hand • Left foot back stance{west} • Fold right hand behind you in a knife hand strike

  7. Movement 4 • Left hand pulls back HARD to right shoulder • Right hand chop strikes inside, as if to the throat • Left foot back stance {west}

  8. Movement 5 • Left hand chambers at ribcage • Right hand closes in fist • Left foot is raised to avoid a sweep • Look {west}

  9. Movement 6 • Left hand lunge punch • Left foot back stance with 50/50 weight distr. • Look {west}

  44. Movement 40 • Fold for a closed hand sudo block to the {east} • Knees bent feet together • Body facing {north} • Look {west}

  45. Movement 41 • Closed hand sudo block w/ left hand • Left foot back stance {west}

  46. Movement 42 • Step in w/ left foot • Fold for a closed hand sudo block to the {west} • Knees bent feet together • Body facing {north} • Look {east}

  47. Movement 43 • Closed hand sudo block w/ right hand • Right foot back stance {east}

  48. Instructor: “Goman” • Student comes to an alternate goman position and says “goman”

  49. Student then comes to the standard goman position
