Integrated Approach Different approaches to permits and controlling emissions may encourage the shifting of pollution rather than protecting the environment as a whole Prevention of emissions into air, water and soil needs integrated and consistent approach, taking into account input of stakeholders involved based on a coordinated/integrated permitting and control procedure Integrated permit/coordinated permit is an adequate instrument
