Agricultural and Environmental Sustainability in China International Study Tour 3 Credits! May 10-23, 2010 Trip Highlights:This unique program will include exciting field trips as well as direct interactions with policy makers and scientists of the world’s most populous country. Participants will visit the political and cultural center of China, Beijing; the beautiful rural area of Jiangxi Province; and the ‘Oriental Venice’ Suzhou near Shanghai. You will learn first-hand about issues related to sustaining the environment while using modern and ancient agricultural production methods to meet the needs of a growing population.
