Application for Performance-Based & Design-Based Certification for engines/equipment >80 cc • Application must include: • -Cover Letter/Statement of Compliance • -Diurnal emissions data for performance based • -Component EO or component test data for design-based • -Engineering description of evaporative control system • -Running loss determination • -Other Supplemental Data • -Sample engine or equipment label • -Emission warranty • -Certification Averaging and Banking Worksheet (as applicable for performance-based certification)
