KEDARKANTHA TREK KedarkanthaTrek is located in the Garhwal Himalayas. This is a trek of 18kms filled with ascents and descents. As per the local folklore, the Kedarkantha summit was the spot where lord Shiva had meditated for a long time. As he was leaving this place, he left his "Kantha-haar" meaning "zevar from the throat" at the spot. As of today the Kantha-haar is no longer there. The locals state that their ancestors had replaced it with a Trishul which till date stands there.
HAR KI DUN HarKi Doon Trek Valley is at an altitude of 3500 Meters above sea level. It is connected to Baspa Valley by the Borasu Pass. For people who love to see flowers there is a small stage possible on the day we leave for Seema from HarKi Dun to a place called Haata.
