Global Status (Q&C Index) tab • Formula Errors • None that I can see • Conditional Format Errors • Some white cells (missing?) • Mystery yellow and red for zero/blank cells • Suggested Improvements • Use INDIRECT function to pull from Sheet as named in column B, rather than hardcoding cross-sheet links

3. QMR Summary tab • Formula Errors • For API Sites, footer rows, some are blanks, some are N/A • Is there a difference? • Should there be a difference? • Conditional Format Errors • For API Sites, Marketed Stability: N/A values are white, not green like the previous two rows? • Suggested Improvements • Use INDIRECT function to pull from Sheet as named in rows 5 & 18, rather than hardcoding cross-sheet links

Global, etc. tab • Formula Errors • First 3 Outcome Measures are all green/blank, no formula • Is this the intention? • If these are data entry cells, perhaps a neutral color should be used for blank, not green • Complex formulas are error-prone • Conditional Format Errors • In second table, some blank cells are white, some green; is this a problem? • Different between sites • Different between rows within a site • Suggested Improvements • Use SUMIF or array formula to pull sums to header table • Use INDIRECT to pull from other sheets • Use multi-sheet reference to pull sums across all sheets

5. Site tabs • Formula Errors • # Open Overdue cells at top are 0/Green when source cell below is blank • Is there a rule as to which sheets hide which rows at the top? • [Conditional] Format Errors • Sometimes >= 98% is green, sometimes yellow • Only Marketed Stability shows tenths; is this intentional? • Suggested Improvements
