  4. The top ten OAS source countries for permanent residents to Canada in 2006 Percent distribution of the top 10 OAS countries. • The top ten represent 85% of all permanent resident flows from OAS Countries. • 14% of permanent residents to Canada were from OAS countries in 2006.
