Clinical Experience / competence • Approach to problem formulation and clinical judgment, competence with managing clinical problems III. Service-related issues • medico-legal problems, ethical issues, risk management, communication skills, doctor-patient relationship, clinical audit, quality assurance programs, training and supervision of staff etc. IV.
